【作品説明】
この熊は元々白熊の置物でした。
その白色を活かしたい思いその考えを基に制作に取りくみました。
熊の表情と色合いを楽しんでもらえると幸いです。

私にとって絵を描くということは、自由な精神を解放することである。
絵を描くといってもカンヴァスに向き合っている時だけが絵を描く事だとは思わない。
食事、排泄、睡眠、性交など日々の暮らしの全てが絵を描く事であると私は考える。
そうして私の作品を見てくださる人の精神をも解放することが出来るような作品を作りたい。
また、そういった仕事が私の原動力である。

This bear was originally white, and Ryuichiro Kawaue has decided to keep the original white colour and painted the bear in various expression.

Currently, a member of JAA (Japan Artist Organization)

Kawaue allows himself to draw paintings in order to release his unconfined spirit. The action to create the artwork is called to draw, however, when he is facing the canvas, he never thinks that his action is drawing or painting. For him, to draw is an overall expression of daily life such as eating, excretion, sleep, and having sex. He wishes to that everyone who sees his paintings would release their own unconfined spirit, and these kinds of work is his fundamental drive.
